Training Programs

There are training groups and running clubs year round in Clarksville. If you have questions on one of the training groups included on our website, please contact the specific person on that page. Some times the encouragement of another person, or the accountability, can push you further in your training plan. We get it. That’s why we’ve partnered with several community groups to get you ready to Go Commando.

13 Weeks to 13.1 – If Go Commando will be your Couch to 5k or you’re looking to improve your half marathon time then look no further than Donna Pittman, certified running coach and ultra marathoner. Donna has worked with countless runners in the Clarksville community to get them ready for their next race.

Bootcamp Challenge – Monday Morning Fitness is a tried and true total body cardio workout. Join the team as Bootcamp Goes Commando. Starting August 25, this 8-week program will get you in shape, motivated and confident enough to get to the starting line.

Clarksville Running Club – The local Road Runners Club of America is a group of experienced runners who are the go to source for advice, tips, and large hoards of running companions. They meet several times a week and absolutely adore new faces.

Team Courage – When you join Team Courage  you are making a commitment to yourself and American Soldiers. This non-profit organization is dedicated to improving the lives of American Heroes and you can be a part of that mission.
